A free account uses Supabase authentication. When enabled, you can also choose Google or Apple sign-in; those providers handle their own consent and share identity details with Supabase. Your email, practice answers, writing and results are stored with Supabase. Speaking recordings are stored in a private bucket. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider.

Playback positions, unsynced writing and recording backups are kept in browser or device storage. The landing-page sample stays in memory and resets when you leave it.

When you request AI feedback, your submitted writing or recording is sent to OpenAI for processing. Speaking feedback may use both the recording and a transcription. Without a configured server key, no AI assessment is made.

When configured, the website offers Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting does not limit practice. Analytics settings lets you withdraw consent without reloading or deleting practice data. The choice and host-only analytics cookies last up to 90 days. We measure fixed public page views; GA4 can also generate standard session, first-visit and engagement events. Sign-in, practice, unknown pages and URLs containing queries or fragments are excluded. We do not supply account IDs, email, answers, recordings, feedback, raw URLs or referrers. Google receives browser/device and network information, including IP for processing; GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Google may process data outside your country. Advertising features and automatic enhanced measurement are not enabled. The Android and iOS apps do not include an analytics SDK in this version.

Reject analytics or withdraw consent through Analytics settings to stop website collection and remove this integration's analytics cookies. This does not delete previously collected Google Analytics data; a provider-data deletion and retention process still needs to be finalized. Account settings can delete saved practice attempts, uploaded Speaking recordings, and this device's practice drafts. Your sign-in account stays active. A content-free account ledger retains your selected free tasks and used allowances so deletion does not reset them. A separate account-deletion process and retention schedule are still required before public launch.
